Noah Austin has been in journalism in Arizona for nearly two decades. He currently is the managing editor of Arizona Highways, an internationally acclaimed monthly magazine that promotes tourism and travel in Arizona; in that capacity, he writes, edits, proofreads and fact-checks elements of the magazine, along with other duties. His previous employers include The Arizona Republic, the Associated Press and the East Valley Tribune, and his work has been published via those outlets; in PHOENIX magazine; and on Munchies, the food vertical for VICE. Noah graduated from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He lives with his family in the Phoenix suburb of Tempe. Photograph by Jeff Kida
